We processed our pasture-raised chicken this weekend. As with everything, you work out some of the problems each time you do it. This round went smoother than the previous one and we continue to learn from the experience. The chickens weighed nearly six pounds each, on average.
We’re incredibly fortunate to be able to raise our own food here on our farm.
