Well, the turkey experiment hasn’t gone horribly. We’re a few months into it and they’re getting quite a bit of size on them. I can see them easily topping 30 lbs. if they continue growing like they currently are.
We’ve suffered a few losses so far, but I think that we’re over the worst of it. The turkeys are quite a bit different than the chickens are. They’re far more social and are super curious about anything new.
They’ve just started gobbling and will repeat it back to you if you gobble at them. It’s super cool!
